Severe Weather - What To Do

Finally got around to editing this! Has a lot of little edits. The important stuff is that I've tested all of it so it should work prefectly now... hopefully. I fixed grammar, and refreshed some of the animation!
ALSO! If you have any suggestions or you find a problem PLEASE let me know asap!

UGH! I spent three weeks (about an 1 and a half a day) working on this mess... I'm still not completely satisfied still...

ANY WHO! This was created for an emergency safety site I designed for a local Government...that's still not up. -.- (edit, 11-5-12, site still not up...)
It's a little something that tells you what to do in severe weather situations....

The animations are actually pretty funny (I think) so that might be worth checking out... or you might live in an un-safe environment and might just need to learn this stuffs...
